The offer hasn't come yet. The HR department is a little bit behind, at least that is what they keep telling Tarzan. We are waiting patiently, but if it doesn't come by Thursday I'll have to put him on my 2010 benefits. I have to choose my benefits at work by Friday, but hopefully I'll be able to take him off if he gets a job.
We went test driving cars on Saturday. I like the new Buick Lacrosse so much - it's beautiful and drives so nice, however I decided that I want an SUV. I like the Chevy Traverse so now Tarzan is shopping dealers for the best price. Unfortunately I won't be getting leather/heated seats. That is my favorite option, but that version of the Traverse is like $46,000 sticker price - which we will not be spending. I suppose I'll live with cloth. I'm trying to convince him to let me get aftermarket heated seats even on the cloth - the dealer said it is possible. Maybe we'll get a dealer to throw it in.

Oh yes, heated seats. I would have laughed at this before I got mine, but they are so incredible in the winter.

I was a must-have-heated-leather-seats girl, too, but we didn't want to spend the money this time. You know, I hardly miss it! Weird.
